Come train with Katie!
Join Katie at Mix It Up Fitness for a six week session class, held twice a week. This hour long cross training class uses a mix of interval training and circuit training formats combined with fun cardio routines that incorporate elements of endurance training, calisthenics, and strength training to help develop overall body fitness. Workout format and structure will change from week to week to meet class goals and offer participants a taste of the variety available in the world of group exercise.
Starting: July 16, 2018
When: Mondays and Thursdays, 6 p.m.*

Who: Adults, beginners to advanced
Cost: $65 for members, $75 for non-members
*Must have at least 3 people signed up for classes to be held. If strong interest, will expand and hold a second option class at 5 p.m.
Kids! Come achieve confidence with weights. This class will provide education and proper technique along with a workout that will incorporate the day’s lesson. At the end of the six week session, your child will be able to demonstrate equipment uses, movements and key safety techniques that will carry into any fitness facility they may enter.
